1. resignation of Mr. Junya Yamanishi, Managing Director & CEO (DIN No. 09174162), effective from 16.04.2025. Consequently, he will ceased to be Director and Managing Director & CEO of the Company with effect from 16.04.2025 (end of business hours). 2.appointment of Mr. Yasushi Nishikawa as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 17th April, 2025, subject to issue of DIN by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Govt. of India. 3. appointment of Mr. Yasushi Nishikawa as Managing Director & CEO of the Company with effect from 17th April, 2025 for a period of five (5) years, subject to the approval of the Shareholders and Central Government, if required. 4. re-appointment of Mr. Anuj Kumar Sethi (AVP- Corporate Planning, IT and Special Application Cell), a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, as AVP- Corporate Planning, IT and Special Application Cell, for one (1) year w.e.f. 1st April, 2025. Mr. Sethi is superannuating on 31st March, 2025.
