This is to inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities ("Company''s Trading Insider Trading Code"), in connection with the Audited Financial Results for fourth quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Audited Financial Results"), the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons of the Company from April 1, 2025 and the same shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
