In compliance of the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the securities of the company by all Designated Persons (including his/her immediate relatives or any person with whom he/she shares a material financial relationship), shall remain closed from April 01, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Finacial Results for the year ended March 31, 2025.
