Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice of the Company dated November 7, 2025, along with the Explanatory Statement thereto ('Notice') for seeking approval of the Members of the Company for the appointment of Ms. Meeta Malhotra as a Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company, as detailed in the resolution forming part of the Notice. This Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company / Depositories / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on Friday, November 28, 2025 ('Cut-off date'). Accordingly, physical copy of the Notice is not being sent to the Members for this Postal Ballot. The remote e-voting period commences from 9.00 a.m. (IST) on Monday, December 8, 2025 and ends at 5.00 p.m. (IST) on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
