The Company has informed the Exchange about Copy of Newspaper Publication in respect of notice of hearing of the petition before the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench in the matter of Scheme of Arrangement Between Sanghi Industries Limited ("Transferor Company") And Ambuja Cements Limited ("Transferee Company") and there respective shareholders.
