The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at that date and Statement of Cash Flows for the year ended on 31st March, 2025; 2. Recommendation of Dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs. 2/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each 3. Re-appointment of Mr. Sudhir Maheshwari (DIN: 02376365) as Non-executive Independent Director 4. The appointment of M/s B K Sharma and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company 5. The appointment of M/s PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP (PwC)as Internal Auditor 6. The appointment of M/s K.G. Goyal & Co., Cost Accountants as Cost Auditors 7. To grant upto 7,50,000 stock option under Sangam (India) Limited - ESOP Scheme 2022 to eligible employee of the Company.
