Pursuant to Reg 8 of SEBI PIT Guidelines, the Code of Conduct has been amended and considered and approved by the Board through Resolution by Circulation on 20th June, 2024. Copy of the code of Conduct to regulate, monitor, and reporting trading in the securities of the company and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosures of UPSI is enclosed.
