Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule T of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), and in accordance with the disclosure requirements prescribed under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/ 14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/ 2026 dated January 30, 2026, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that the management Committee of the Board of Directors vide its meeting dated 27 July 2026 approved the acquisition of 17.51% equity stake in M/s Downtown Retail Malls Private Limited ('Downtown Retail').
