This is to inform you that, the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench on 14th October 2019 has passed the Liquidation Order (uploaded on NCLT Website on 24th October 2019) under section 33 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as 'Code') in respect of Provogue (India) Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'Company') and has appointed the undersigned as the Liquidator of the Company. (A copy of Liquidation Order is attached). Pursuant to section 34(2) of the Code, the powers of the Board of Directors, key managerial personnel of the Company shall cease to have effect and shall vest with the Liquidator i.e. Mr. Amit Gupta, (Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00016/2016-17/10040). Also, pursuant to section 33(5) of the Code, when liquidation order has been passed, no suit or other legal proceeding shall be instituted by or against the Company.
