In terms of the provision of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report, the trading window will remain closed for Designated Person from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the dissemination of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The Trading Window has already been defined on NSDL Portal on 25th June, 2025 for Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2025. Kindly take the above submission on record
