December 1, 2020, the Company had on November 28, 2020, published a Public Notice in Free Press Journal and Mumbai Lakshdeep, informing the Shareholders and general investing Public, that as per Resolution Plan in the CIRP of the Company approved by Hon'ble NCLT vide order dated May 6, 2020, inter alia: The entire Issued, Subscribed & Paid-up Share Capital of the Company as at the date of Order of Hon'ble NCLT, including the equity shares (listed on Stock Exchanges) and the Preference share shall stand cancelled without any payout; and The Securities of the Company shall be delisted from the Stock Exchanges.
