Please refer to our letter dated 10.04.2021 wherein we have informed you of commencement of Voluntary Liquidation Process w.e.f 06.04.2021 of TACL. As per provisions of IBC, 2016 , after the commencement of Voluntary Liquidation Process, all the powers of Board of Directors and key managerial persons shall cease to have effect and shall be vested in the Liquidator. In exercise of the powers and to do listing compliances of BSE, the Liquidator shall consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31" March, 2021, as per Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 (LODR) along with Audit Report thereon. Further, the Liquidator shall also consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2021. The above Results and Financial Statements shall be submitted to the BSE by the Liquidator in due course. The above is for your information please.
