Limited ('the Company') having its registered office at 4A Council House Street, M.M.S Chambers, 1st floor, Kolkata - 700001 maintained by its registrar MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd., 12/1/15 Manohar Pukur Road, Kolkata - 700026 pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the company for the period from 1st October 2018 to 31st March, 2019 for the purpose of issuing a certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 entered into by, the Company with the Stock Exchanges and based on the information provided by the Company and hereby certify that the Company has in relation to the half year ended 31st March, 2019 delivered all the share certificates relating to share transfer deeds received during the period from 01.10.2018 to 31.03.2019 duly endorsed within 30 days from the date of lodgment of transfer as per the information received from the RTA and the Company. During the aforementioned period, M/s Arcuttipore Tea Co. Limited has not received any request for transmission/ sub-division/ consolidation and renewal of share certificates.
