we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, 14th February, 2019 which commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 1.00 p.m. have inter alia approved the following: 1. The Un-audited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2018 for the F.Y. 2018-2019 together with Limited Review Report by the Auditors; 2. Appointment of M/s. C N P & CO Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditors of the Company; 3. The draft for Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Policy on Legitimate Purpose were placed before the Board and the Managing Director in consultation with the Compliance Officer was authorised to finalise the draft to be effective from 1st April,2019. The approved policies will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course of time.
