Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and schedule III Part A (1) thereof, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of SPV Global Trading Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today, i.e., Thursday, 08th January, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved the sale of Company's entire holding in Rashtriya Metal Industries Limited (Material Subsidiary) to the Prospective Buyer(s).
