We would like to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10(1) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and as per Regulations 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Beneficial Owners, Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 24th September, 2018 to Saturday, 29th September, 2018 (both days inclusive).
