II) dated April 15, 2024 issued by the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, Mr. Navin Kaul, GM, BHEL, Jagdishpur has been appointed as a Chairman & Managing Director of Scooters India Limited on an Additional Charge basis with effect from April 25, 2024, on cessation of Mr. Amit Shrivastav, GH, BHEL, FSIP as a Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on completion of his term.
