Shifting of Registered office We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held on 14th November 2019 has approved shifting of the Registered Office of the Company to No.3 Blackers Road, Mount Road, Chennai - 600002 with effect from 1st December 2019. Resignation of Ms. Shaileyrathore, Woman Director -Independent Ms Shailey Rathore was appointed as an additional director by the Board in its meeting held on 28th Feb 2019 under Sec 161 of Companies Act, 2013. In terms of the said section, the appointed additional director shall hold office till the next Annual General Meeting (AGM). However as the additional director did not seek re-appointment after the AGM , no resolution was proposed in the AGM for her appointment as a Director in terms of Section 152 of Companies Act, 2013 and hence she ceased to a Director of the company after date of AGM , i.e 30th September 2019.
