This is to inform that the Working Committee of the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have inter alia (i) Noted the receipt of the certified copy of the order dated March 24, 2025, from the Hon''ble NCLT, Chennai sanctioning the scheme (ii) Noted the effective date of the Scheme i.e. April 01, 2024 (iii) Noted the effective date of the Scheme i.e. April 07, 2025 (iv) Approved the record date for eligible shareholders. i.e. April 22, 2025.
