PETRON ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/02/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We had, vide our letter dated 13th February, 2020, intimated the Stock Exchange about the Board Meeting to be convened pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2019 on Tuesday, the 25th February, 2020, by the Liquidator CS Vineet K Chaudhary, Registration No.: IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00103/2017-18/10246 appointed by the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, vide its Order dated 23rd January, 2020. However, due to Non-completion of Accounts, the meeting scheduled to be convened for the above purpose will not take place tomorrow i.e. 25th February, 2020.
