The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held today i.e., on November 14, 2025 has considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the second quarter and the half year ended on September 30,2025. In addition to the above item and in continuation to our communication dated May 29,2025 w.r.t. the acquisition of Poland based company, the Board approved the acquisition of ReadyMade Poland Sp.z 0.0.
