Strong cash collections; but re-leasing spread declines to 13% ACCUMULATE Mindpsace Business Parks REIT (MBPR) reported revenue of Rs4,301mn for 3QFY21, up 7% QoQ from Rs4,010mn in 2QFY21. Mindspace REIT had acquired assets of SPVs as on 30th July, 2020. Hence, the financials for 2QFY21 presented by MBPR management are for the period between 1st August, 2020 and 30th September, 2020.
