Over three decades, Justdial has built one of India’s deepest and most trusted relationships with small businesses. Historically, we have served that relationship mainly through discovery. Our focus now is to make every merchant on Justdial more successful, and to become the platform they rely on to be found, win customers, and run their business. We are executing on three clear priorities. First, strengthening our core by improving outcomes for merchants and using AI to make our sales engine sharper and more productive. Second, helping merchants manage their digital presence and customer conversations wherever their customers are. Third, building new products and services that make every merchant relationship more valuable over time. Early adoption of our new merchant tools has been encouraging. With a profitable core business and a strong balance sheet, we are investing from a position of strength, with discipline and patience.” Result PDF
