Nageswara Rao Kandula, Managing Director, said: “We have started FY27 on a strong note. This has been another record quarter for us, and I want to say this clearly — it is not a one-time achievement. Every quarter, we are setting a new number. That is the standard we have set for ourselves, and that is the standard we intend to keep. This quarter, we took two big steps that will shape our future for many years. We are becoming India's high-precision engineering powerhouse. Our core business — pharma and chemical engineering — grew strongly, and we also entered a completely new market: AI Datacenter Infrastructure. Every AI datacenter needs power systems, cooling and strong engineering, and that is exactly what we are good at. Our teams are already onboarded, machines are ordered, designs are ready, and our large manufacturing facility is coming up on schedule. The response from datacenter clients has been very encouraging, and this gives us full confidence in this business. We also deepened our almost decade-long partnership with GL Hakko, Japan, investing Rs. 71 crore for a 19% stake, with the right to grow this to 51.07% over the 3 years. This gives us access to 70 years of Japanese glass-lining technology, including conductivity glass technology and semiconductor-grade equipment, and will strengthen our products while opening new global markets for us. Our growth story is simple — we run on two engines. Our first engine is our core engineering business, already strong and proven, expected to grow 40–50% this year to around Rs. 1,200 crore. Our second engine is GScale, our new AI Datacenter business, expected to bring in around Rs. 250 crore this year. Two engines, one company, running at double speed. That is SETL today. Going forward, our priorities are clear: keep leading in our core engineering business with better technology and stronger customer relationships; build GScale into a world-class AI datacenter manufacturing platform as fast as we can; and grow the GL Hakko partnership to bring new technology to India and expand into global markets. These initiatives are fully aligned with our long-term strategy of expanding through technology-led partnerships, disciplined capital allocation and adjacent engineering opportunities. Our goal is simple and clear — to become India's leading high-precision engineering company, with two strong engines driving us forward, quarter after quarter, record after record. I want to thank our customers, employees, shareholders, banking partners and technology partners for their continued trust. This quarter's results are the outcome of the hard work of our entire team and the confidence all of you place in us. We remain committed to working with discipline, investing wisely, and creating long-term value for every stakeholder.” Result PDF
