IT Consulting & Software company Axis Solutions announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Revenue from operations for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 4,898.83 lakh, representing a YoY growth of 78.22% compared to Rs 2,748.73 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decline of 58.25% from Rs 11,734.42 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income for the quarter stood at Rs 4,906.05 lakh in Q1FY27, showing a YoY increase of 78.01% from Rs 2,756.10 lakh and a QoQ decline of 58.24% from Rs 11,749.32 lakh. Net Profit attributable to the owners of the company for Q1FY27 was Rs 370.56 lakh, reflecting a YoY increase of 82.32% from Rs 203.25 lakh in Q1FY26, while decreasing by 77.41% QoQ from Rs 1,640.37 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income for the period reached Rs 309.70 lakh in Q1FY27, marking a YoY growth of 77.08% compared to Rs 174.89 lakh and a QoQ decline of 81.37% from Rs 1,662.48 lakh. Other Income for Q1FY27 was recorded at Rs 7.22 lakh, compared to Rs 7.97 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 14.90 lakh in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (Basic and Diluted) for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 0.66, as against Rs 0.37 in Q1FY26 and Rs 3.52 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations in Q1FY27 was Rs 4,867.05 lakh, reflecting a YoY growth of 77.45% from Rs 2,742.79 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decline of 58.21% compared to Rs 11,647.06 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 4,874.27 lakh, representing a YoY increase of 77.20% from Rs 2,750.76 lakh and a QoQ decrease of 58.22% from Rs 11,667.51 lakh. Net Profit for the period was reported at Rs 364.94 lakh in Q1FY27, showing a YoY growth of 65.21% from Rs 220.89 lakh and a QoQ decline of 76.79% from Rs 1,572.38 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income for Q1FY27 reached Rs 364.94 lakh, an increase of 65.21% YoY from Rs 220.89 lakh and a decrease of 76.93% QoQ from Rs 1,581.76 lakh. Other Income for the quarter was Rs 7.22 lakh, compared to Rs 7.97 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 20.45 lakh in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (Basic and Diluted) for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 0.77. Business Highlights: Amalgamation Update: Pursuant to an NCLT order dated 11th July 2024, Axis Solutions Private Limited was amalgamated with Asya Infosoft Limited with effect from 1st April 2023. The reorganization was conducted under the Insolvency and Banking Code, 2007. Dividend and AGM: The company has scheduled its 41st Annual General Meeting for 19th September 2026. The record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend for FY26 has been fixed as 12th September 2026. Segment-wise Performance: Automation and Digitalisation: Segment revenue stood at Rs 728.39 lakh with an EBITDA of Rs 92.76 lakh. Auditor Re-appointment: The Board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for a second term of five consecutive years starting from the conclusion of the 41st AGM until the 46th AGM. Leadership Updates: The Board recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Anand Shah as a Director, who is liable to retire by rotation.
