Roads & Highways company IRB Infrastructure Developers announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Revenue from operations for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 21,372.72 million, representing a YoY increase of 1.82% from Rs 20,989.66 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 10.91% from Rs 19,270.00 million in Q4FY26. Total Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 21,726.65 million, registering a 0.37% YoY growth compared to Rs 21,645.76 million in Q1FY26 and a 9.90% QoQ increase from Rs 19,768.90 million in Q4FY26. Profit before tax for the quarter was Rs 4,165.51 million, marking a YoY growth of 45.45% from Rs 2,863.85 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 2.70% from Rs 4,056.09 million in Q4FY26. Net Profit after tax for Q1FY27 reached Rs 3,062.70 million, reflecting a YoY rise of 51.26% from Rs 2,024.82 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 3.38% from Rs 2,962.59 million in Q4FY26. Total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,641.25 million, compared to Rs 3,582.01 million in Q1FY26 and Rs 4,461.36 million in Q4FY26. Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 0.25, compared to Rs 0.17 in Q1FY26 and Rs 0.25 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Revenue from operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 12,302.56 million, showing a YoY decrease of 4.93% from Rs 12,939.82 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 4.99% from Rs 11,717.57 million in Q4FY26. Total Income for the quarter stood at Rs 12,858.02 million, down 6.16% YoY from Rs 13,701.77 million in Q1FY26 and down 6.24% QoQ from Rs 13,713.88 million in Q4FY26. Profit before tax for Q1FY27 reached Rs 3,599.75 million, a YoY growth of 93.12% from Rs 1,864.04 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decline of 26.00% from Rs 4,864.29 million in Q4FY26. Net Profit after tax for Q1FY27 was Rs 2,695.26 million, reflecting a YoY increase of 92.83% from Rs 1,397.72 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 30.87% from Rs 3,898.96 million in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Segment Wise Performance: BOT/TOT Projects: Revenue for Q1FY27 was Rs 7,333.14 million compared to Rs 6,460.24 million in Q1FY26. InvITs & Related Assets: Revenue for Q1FY27 was Rs 4,367.28 million compared to Rs 2,330.62 million in Q1FY26. Construction: Revenue for Q1FY27 was Rs 9,637.41 million compared to Rs 12,142.42 million in Q1FY26. Asset Operations: The company commissioned the Ganga Expressway (Meerut to Budaun Group 1 BOT) and commenced tolling. Tolling Operations: Commenced tolling on TOT18 (Chandikhole Bhadrak NH-16) from April 1, 2026. InvIT Transactions: The company’s Private InvIT Joint Venture, IRB Infrastructure Trust, has offered two highway BOT assets worth Rs 4,605 crore to IRB InvIT Fund, a Public InvIT sponsored by the company. Toll Revenue: Reported toll revenue of Rs 733 crore in Q1FY27, reflecting a YoY increase of 14% from Rs 646 crore in Q1FY26. Dividend: Declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.05 per equity share of face value of Rs 1 each for FY27, aggregating to an interim dividend of Rs 60 crore. Bonus Allotment: Allotted 603,90,00,000 bonus equity shares of Rs 1 each in the ratio of 1:1 on April 2, 2026. Consequently, the paid-up share capital increased to Rs 12,078 million. Virendra D.
