On a YoY basis, revenue increased by 6.56% from Rs 34,805.98 lakh in Q1FY26. Total Income: The total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 39,113.36 lakh, a decline of 16.40% QoQ from Rs 46,788.25 lakh in Q4FY26, while showing a growth of 5.56% YoY from Rs 37,052.47 lakh in Q1FY26. Other Income: The company earned Rs 2,025.03 lakh in other income during Q1FY27, compared to Rs 2,339.17 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 2,246.49 lakh in Q1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 11,162.36 lakh, showing a marginal decrease of 2.39% QoQ from Rs 11,435.24 lakh in Q4FY26, but a substantial growth of 74.89% YoY from Rs 6,382.44 lakh in Q1FY26. Net Profit: Net Profit for the period Q1FY27 reached Rs 8,761.61 lakh, down 5.40% QoQ from Rs 9,261.30 lakh in Q4FY26, and significantly up 70.11% YoY from Rs 5,150.58 lakh in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: For Q1FY27, this stood at Rs 7,383.82 lakh, compared to Rs 6,435.63 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 3,925.00 lakh in Q1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 4.31, compared to Rs 4.55 in Q4FY26 and Rs 2.53 in Q1FY26. Manufactured products: Reported revenue of Rs 846.01 lakh in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 2,927.12 lakh in Q1FY26. Power: Reported revenue of Rs 663.20 lakh in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 616.52 lakh in Q1FY26. Joint Venture Incorporation: MOIL Limited, along with Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Limited (MPSMCL), incorporated a Joint Venture Company (JVC) namely MOIL MPSMCL Mining Limited on 04.06.2026. Consolidated financial statements were not prepared for Q1FY27 as the JVC is yet to commence business. Plant Maintenance: The Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide (EMD) Plant and Ferro Manganese (FMP) Plant remained under major repairs during Q1FY27 for technology enhancement and process improvement.
