BPO/KPO company One Point One Solutions announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Results: Consolidated Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 9,971.26 lakh, representing a QoQ growth of 22.70% from Rs 8,126.71 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY growth of 35.45% from Rs 7,361.71 lakh in Q4FY25. Consolidated Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 9,620.44 lakh, recording an increase of 24.46% over Q3FY26 (Rs 7,729.65 lakh) and an increase of 43.49% over Q4FY25 (Rs 6,700.68 lakh). Consolidated Profit for the period for Q4FY26 reached Rs 1,027.50 lakh, showing a QoQ growth of 18.92% compared to Rs 864.03 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY growth of 17.62% compared to Rs 873.61 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Consolidated Total Income was Rs 33,103.19 lakh, an increase of 22.53% from Rs 27,016.89 lakh in FY25. Consolidated Revenue from Operations for FY26 stood at Rs 31,338.08 lakh, reflecting a growth of 22.24% compared to Rs 25,635.66 lakh in FY25. Consolidated Net Profit for FY26 amounted to Rs 3,820.54 lakh, showing a growth of 15.23% over FY25 (Rs 3,315.67 lakh). Standalone Financial Results: Standalone Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 6,346.60 lakh, recording a QoQ growth of 2.36% from Rs 6,200.01 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY growth of 8.95% from Rs 5,825.10 lakh in Q4FY25. Standalone Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 5,849.20 lakh, recording a marginal increase of 0.06% QoQ from Rs 5,845.59 lakh and an increase of 11.46% YoY from Rs 5,247.69 lakh in Q4FY25. Standalone Profit for the period for Q4FY26 was Rs 808.52 lakh, up 13.80% QoQ from Rs 710.46 lakh and up 11.51% YoY from Rs 725.05 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Standalone Total Income was Rs 24,512.78 lakh, an increase of 15.23% from Rs 21,272.21 lakh in FY25. Standalone Revenue from Operations for FY26 was Rs 22,794.91 lakh, showing a growth of 13.16% compared to Rs 20,143.99 lakh in FY25. Standalone Net Profit for FY26 stood at Rs 3,018.87 lakh, representing a growth of 9.34% over FY25 (Rs 2,760.92 lakh). Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: Consolidated (FY26): Revenue from Rendering of Services was bifurcated geographically with India contributing Rs 19,562.51 lakh and Outside India contributing Rs 11,775.57 lakh, totaling Rs 31,338.08 lakh. Key Strategic Developments and Acquisitions: The Group acquired a 73.68% equity interest in Itnity Pte. Ltd. through One Point One Singapore Pte. Ltd., making it a step-down subsidiary during the year. The Group completed the accounting for the acquisition of a 100% stake in M/s. ITCube Solutions Private Limited (effective February 22, 2024). One Point One Solutions MENA Holdings Ltd. acquired control over the Netcom Group (including entities in Panama, Colombia, and Costa Rica) effective February 28, 2026. The Company evaluated the impact of the new Labour Codes (2020) and recognized past service costs as an exceptional item amounting to Rs 147.06 lakh in consolidated results and Rs 37.67 lakh in standalone results for FY26.
