Computer Hardware company Bharat Global Developers announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Total Income: For Q4FY26, the company reported a Total Income of Rs 55.87 lakh, reflecting a significant decrease from Rs 12,454.16 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). On a QoQ basis, income increased from nil in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, Total Income stood at Rs 2,719.32 lakh compared to Rs 68,322.04 lakh in FY25, marking a sharp decline. Revenue from Operations: Revenue from operations was nil in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 12,215.56 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). It remained nil as compared to Q3FY26 (QoQ). For the full year FY26, Revenue from Operations reached Rs 2,610.79 lakh versus Rs 66,858.42 lakh in FY25. Net Profit/Loss: The company reported a Net Loss of Rs 129.87 lakh in Q4FY26, as against a Net Profit of Rs 198.93 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). The loss widened compared to the Rs 38.47 lakh loss reported in Q3FY26 (QoQ). For the full year FY26, the company incurred a Net Loss of Rs 12.27 lakh, compared to a Net Profit of Rs 1,602.96 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): EPS for Q4FY26 stood at Rs (0.13), down from Rs 0.20 in Q4FY25 (YoY) and Rs (0.04) in Q3FY26 (QoQ). For the full year FY26, EPS was Rs (0.01) compared to Rs 1.60 in FY25. Business Highlights Segment Performance: Agricultural Products: This segment was the primary contributor for the year, recording revenue of Rs 2,610.79 lakh for FY26 (down from Rs 14,532.91 lakh in FY25). However, no revenue was generated from this segment in Q4FY26. Construction Material: No revenue was recorded for FY26, compared to Rs 12,060.15 lakh in FY25. Gold: Revenue for FY26 was nil, compared to Rs 25,305.26 lakh in FY25. Textile: No revenue was recorded in FY26, against Rs 14,955.85 lakh in the previous year. GST Registration: The Statutory Auditors highlighted that the company's Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration was cancelled by the GST Department through Suo Moto cancellation proceedings with retrospective effect from April 1, 2024. Income Tax Non-Compliance: The auditor reported that the company failed to file its Income Tax Return for FY25 within the prescribed time limit and has not paid the related income tax liability. Scheme of Amalgamation: The Hon’ble Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) sanctioned a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement via an order dated April 8, 2026, the consequential effects of which have been accounted for in the books as of March 31, 2026.
