Houseware company Borosil announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 29,176.51 lakh, reporting a QoQ decrease of 15.48% from Rs 34,520.93 lakh in Q3FY26, and a YoY increase of 7.07% from Rs 27,249.39 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, the Total Income reached Rs 1,22,555.11 lakh, marking a YoY growth of 7.99% compared to Rs 1,13,478.35 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Revenue from operations in Q4FY26 was Rs 28,411.98 lakh, down 16.13% QoQ from Rs 33,874.68 lakh in Q3FY26, but up 5.16% YoY from Rs 27,018.39 lakh in Q4FY25. FY26 revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,19,591.63 lakh, marking a YoY growth of 7.96% over Rs 1,10,776.52 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,475.56 lakh, reflecting a QoQ decline of 54.23% from Rs 3,223.87 lakh in Q3FY26, and a YoY decrease of 12.87% from Rs 1,693.53 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, PBT stood at Rs 10,093.86 lakh, a slight YoY decrease of 2.23% compared to Rs 10,324.50 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for the Period (PAT): PAT for Q4FY26 came in at Rs 1,058.92 lakh, showing a QoQ decline of 55.79% from Rs 2,395.14 lakh in Q3FY26, and a YoY decrease of 4.98% from Rs 1,114.46 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, PAT stood at Rs 7,466.46 lakh, reflecting a marginal YoY increase of 0.58% against Rs 7,423.44 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue in Q4FY26 was Rs 28,598.48 lakh, a QoQ decline of 15.58% against Rs 33,874.68 lakh in Q3FY26, but a YoY growth of 5.85% from Rs 27,018.39 lakh in Q4FY25. FY26 revenue was Rs 1,19,778.13 lakh, higher by 8.13% YoY from Rs 1,10,776.52 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 1,530.58 lakh, dropping 52.79% QoQ from Rs 3,241.84 lakh in Q3FY26, and declining 9.62% YoY from Rs 1,693.58 lakh in Q4FY25. PBT for FY26 decreased slightly by 1.35% YoY to Rs 10,185.82 lakh against Rs 10,324.96 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for the Period (PAT): Standalone PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,113.94 lakh, down 53.84% QoQ from Rs 2,413.11 lakh in Q3FY26, and almost flat YoY with a marginal decline of 0.05% from Rs 1,114.51 lakh in Q4FY25. FY26 PAT stood at Rs 7,558.42 lakh, up 1.81% YoY compared to Rs 7,423.90 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Fundraising Approval: The Board resolved to seek shareholders' approval to raise funds up to Rs 250 crore through various modes including further public offer (FPO), ADR/GDR, FCCB, QIP, or debt issuance. Business Operations Disruption: During Q4FY26, production activities at the company's Borosilicate Glass Furnace (for Pressware Products) and Opal Glass Furnaces located at Jaipur, Rajasthan, were temporarily impacted due to restrictions in the LPG supply. This force majeure situation was caused by the conflict in the Middle East affecting global fuel supply. Exceptional Item (Labour Codes): Following the Government of India's consolidation of 29 existing labour legislations into four Labour Codes (effective November 21, 2025), the company assessed and recognized a one-time incremental impact of Rs 404.82 lakh as an exceptional item in Q3FY26 and FY26. ESOP Allotment: The company allotted 59,139 Equity Shares (face value Re 1 each) during Q4FY26 under the "Borosil Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2020". This resulted in an increase in paid-up Equity Share Capital by Rs 0.59 lakh and Securities Premium by Rs 147.87 lakh. Key Appointments: Mr. Bhaunik Shah was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (transitioning from his interim role) with effect from May 19, 2026. M/s.
