Containers & Packaging company EPL announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, consolidated revenue stood at Rs 13,005 million, representing a growth of 13.21% QoQ compared to Rs 11,488 million in Q3FY26 and an increase of 17.65% YoY from Rs 11,054 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 47,631 million, showing a growth of 13.05% YoY against Rs 42,133 million in FY25. Total Income: The consolidated total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 13,095 million, up 12.57% QoQ from Rs 11,633 million and up 17.36% YoY from Rs 11,158 million in Q4FY25. Annual total income for FY26 was Rs 48,065 million compared to Rs 42,569 million in FY25. Net Profit after Tax: Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,033 million, a growth of 24.31% QoQ from Rs 831 million in Q3FY26, but a decline of 10.72% YoY from Rs 1,157 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, consolidated net profit grew by 8.27% YoY to Rs 3,939 million. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs 3.22, compared to Rs 2.55 in Q3FY26 and Rs 3.58 in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, basic EPS stood at Rs 12.15 against Rs 11.27 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 3,531 million, up 1.82% QoQ from Rs 3,468 million and 11.49% YoY from Rs 3,167 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, standalone revenue was Rs 13,829 million compared to Rs 13,230 million in FY25. Total Income: Standalone total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 3,835 million, representing a decline of 13.20% QoQ from Rs 4,418 million in Q3FY26, but a growth of 10.84% YoY from Rs 3,460 million in Q4FY25. Annual total income for FY26 stood at Rs 15,952 million. Net Profit after Tax: Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 428 million, representing a decline of 66.14% QoQ from Rs 1,264 million and a decline of 32.81% YoY from Rs 637 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, standalone net profit reached Rs 2,949 million, growing 40.50% YoY. Business Highlights Segment Performance (Full Year FY26): AMESA (Africa, Middle East and South Asia): Revenue stood at Rs 15,441 million with a segment result of Rs 1,656 million. EAP (East Asia Pacific): Revenue was Rs 11,613 million with a segment result of Rs 1,911 million. AMERICAS: Revenue reached Rs 13,449 million with a segment result of Rs 1,698 million. EUROPE: Revenue stood at Rs 10,916 million with a segment result of Rs 689 million. Strategic Merger: The Board of Directors approved a scheme of amalgamation for the merger of lndovida India Private Limited with the Company on a going concern basis. Exceptional Items: The company recognized a total exceptional loss of Rs 282 million for FY26. This includes a Rs 59 million liability assessment arising from the implementation of New Labour Codes and a cost of Rs 156 million incurred towards various services related to the proposed merger. Expansion & Operations: The company incurred a cost of Rs 67 million during FY26 due to the closure of a factory unit in one of its subsidiaries. Personnel Appointments: The Board approved the re-appointment of M/s.
