Aluminium and Aluminium Products company Arfin India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The company reported revenue of Rs 19,323.76 lakh in Q4FY26, representing a growth of 25.99% YoY compared to Rs 15,336.86 lakh in Q4FY25 and a growth of 2.81% QoQ compared to Rs 18,795.69 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 61,799.18 lakh compared to Rs 61,575.38 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 19,301.17 lakh, an increase of 24.77% YoY from Rs 15,469.90 lakh in Q4FY25 and an increase of 2.60% QoQ from Rs 18,812.39 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, total income reached Rs 61,891.37 lakh compared to Rs 61,771.22 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax: The company achieved a profit before tax of Rs 1,082.92 lakh in Q4FY26, a significant increase of 376.47% YoY from Rs 227.28 lakh in Q4FY25 and a 39.59% growth QoQ from Rs 775.77 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, profit before tax was Rs 2,370.63 lakh compared to Rs 1,437.93 lakh in FY25. Net Profit (PAT): Net profit for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 682.43 lakh, marking a massive increase of 1,180.60% YoY from Rs 53.29 lakh in Q4FY25 and a 34.04% growth QoQ from Rs 509.13 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, the company reported a net profit of Rs 1,545.13 lakh compared to Rs 914.63 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs 0.40, compared to Rs 0.03 in Q4FY25. For FY26, the EPS stood at Rs 0.92 compared to Rs 0.54 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 19,169.56 lakh, up 24.99% YoY from Rs 15,336.86 lakh in Q4FY25, while showing a marginal decline of 2.40% QoQ from Rs 19,641.24 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 62,489.58 lakh compared to Rs 61,575.38 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Total standalone income for Q4FY26 was Rs 19,182.13 lakh, up 23.99% YoY from Rs 15,469.90 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, standalone total income reached Rs 62,611.48 lakh compared to Rs 61,771.22 lakh in FY25. Net Profit (PAT): Standalone PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs 570.83 lakh, up significantly by 962.01% YoY from Rs 53.75 lakh in Q4FY25 and up 18.53% QoQ from Rs 481.60 lakh in Q3FY26. For FY26, net profit reached Rs 1,359.71 lakh compared to Rs 915.10 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company operates in a single reportable primary business segment, which is the manufacturing and trading of ferrous & non-ferrous metals. Dividend: The Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 11, 2025, declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.11 (@11%) per equity share of Rs 1 each of the company.
