This is furtherance to the previous intimation dated November 4, 2025, we would like to inform that the Company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA")on Friday, December 19, 2025 to acquire 100% Equity shareholding of John Cockerill Metal International SA, Belgium from John Cockerill SA, the parent Company subject to approval of members of the Company and other terms and conditions as set out in SPA.
