Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that we have received information on order from Ministry of External Affairs on 10.10.2025 with respect to subject matter as set out in enclosed Annexure-A. Disclosure of communication from the MEA under the guidelines of Industry Standards forum pursuant to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated 25.02.2025 is enclosed as Annexure- B. The Company is reviewing the said order and will take appropriate action in due course as per the law.
