Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform the exchange that IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company has acquired 40.20% controlling stake in Unitronics, through ILJIN Holding Ltd, its Israel based wholly owned subsidiary.
