Further to our intimation dated August 4, 2025 on the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that, at the 92nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on September 18, 2025, the memebrs of the Company have approved the appointment of Mr. Hemant Khurana (DIN: 08652827) as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of three (3) consecutive years with effect from 13th September, 2025 to 12th September, 2028.
