Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform that Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has sanctioned a loan of Rs. 1134 Crores in favour of our wholly owned subsidiary Insolation Green Energy Private Limited.
