IT Consulting & Software company Sonata Software announced Q1FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue for Q1FY26 stood at Rs 2,965.2 crore, showing a growth of 13.3%. EBITDA (before other income and forex) for Q1FY26 stood at Rs 159.6 crore, showing a decline of 7.6% QoQ. PAT for Q1FY26 stood at Rs 109.3 crore, growth of 1.7% QoQ. Cash and cash equivalents (gross) stood at Rs 600 crore. and (net) stood at negative Rs 62.5 crore in Q1FY26. ROCE stood at 18.5% in Q1FY26, compared to 21.9% in Q4FY25. RONW stood at 24.0% in Q1FY26, compared to 25.2% in Q4FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: International IT Services: Revenue for Q1FY26 stood at Rs 699.9 crore, showing a decline of 0.3% QoQ. EBITDA (before other income and forex) for Q1FY26 stood at 16.6%, showing a growth of 0.1bps QoQ. PAT for Q1FY26 stood at Rs 70.7 crore, showing a growth of 13.5% QoQ ROCE stood at 14.7% in Q1FY26, compared to 16.3% in Q4FY25. Domestic Products & Services: Revenue for Q1FY26 stood at Rs 2274.7 crore, showing a growth of 18.6% QoQ. Gross contribution for Q1FY26 stood at Rs 68.5 crore, showing a decline of 12.6% QoQ. EBITDA (before other income and forex) for Q1FY26 stood at Rs 44.0 crore, showing a decline of 22.1% QoQ. PAT for Q1FY26 stood at Rs 38.6 crore, showing a decline of 14.6% QoQ.
