The Company has received a Show Cause Notice under Section 74 and 123 of the CGST/MHGST Act 2017 from the Office of Additional Commissioner, Mumbai South and Maharashtra State. The Company is in the process of filing detailed reply highlighting the contentions of the Company with the Adjudicating Authority within the timelines prescribed.
