Booker India Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement today i.e. 19th March 2025 with Trent Hypermarket Private Limited (THPL) and THPL Support Services Limited (TSSL) for acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of TSSL from THPL.
