Pursuant to sub-division of the equity shares of the Company and raising of the funds via issuance of the equity shares, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Promoter Group, designated persons and all connected persons from closure of business hours on Thursday, December 19, 2024 and same will remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of outcome of the Board Meeting.
