Fund raising committee at its meeting held today i.e. 16th December 2024 has considered and approved the following- (i) Approval and adoption of the Preliminary Placement Document dated 16th December 2024. (ii) authorizing the opening of the proposed issue. (iii) approving the floor price for the QIP being Rs 2,206.49
