We wish to inform you that the Fund Raising Committee has, at its meeting held today, ie., 18th June, 2024, inter alia, considered and approved raising of funds by issuance of equity shares having face value of Rs.5 each for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 1,20,000 Lakhs by way of Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), approval and authorization of the opening of the issue today ie., 18th June, 2024 and approval and adoption of PPD dated 18th June, 2024.
