Zomato Limited has informed the exchange that board of directors of Zomato Payments Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary at its meeting held today i.e. May 13, 2024 has decided to voluntarily surrender the certificate of authorization issued by RBI to operate as an online payment aggregator and to withdraw the application submitted with RBI to operate as the issuer of prepaid payment instruments.
