Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 07.02.2024 inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results (Limited Review) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023, which have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.
