We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their Meeting held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, has duly approved: a. the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 b. the Board has granted approval for raising of funds through issuance of Equity Shares, Convertible Shares Warrants through Preferential Issue, Qualified Institution Placement (QIP), Right Issue or a combination thereof to raise an amount up to Rs. 250 Crores (Rs. Two Hundred Fifty Crores Only), subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including the approval of the shareholders of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, as amended and other applicable laws.
