Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Ayush Bagla, Executive Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company to pursue new avenues, vide his letter dated 26th December, 2023. The Board of Directors of the Company vide its circular resolution passed on today i.e. 26th December, 2023 has noted and accepted his resignation and he will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the end of 31st March, 2024.
