The shareholders of Aarey Drugs and Pharmaceuticals at an EGM today have approved the offer, issue and allotment of 15,00,000 equity shares for cash, at a price of Rs. 52 per equity share. This would be on a preferential basis to the non-promoter group of shareholders.
