In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 27th June 2023, we wish to inform vide the attached letter that pursuant to execution of definitive agreements, the Company has conveyed the Land in favour of the Purchaser for a total consideration of Rs. 284 crores and the transaction stands closed on 03rd November, 2023
