Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has joined hands as Strategic Partner with Dalmia Bharat Refractories Ltd( "DBRL") to participate in the CIRP of Birla Tyres Ltd ("BTL").. The Company has received a Letter of Intent from Resolution Professional - BTL on 22 August 2023 informing that the Committee of Creditors of BTL has approved the resolution plan submitted jointly by the Company and DBRL.
